*You often visit our servers,
*There are good reviews about you,
*You know well Latvian, Russian and English languages,
*You know cheats and their functions,
*You advertise our servers! ,
*You are 16 or older,
*What's your ingame nickname
*If you have 1000 points in your account.
*If you have 1500 HLStatsX points.
